Information You Provide

• Tour and general enquiries: your name, email, phone number, preferred visit details and message.
• Member support: your first and last name, email, required phone number and message, including any membership change or cancellation you request.
• Coaching applications: your selected coach, contact details, age, height, weight, training goals, activity level, work and availability, diet, routine and lifestyle answers. These answers can reveal health-related or other sensitive information.
• Shopping: products and variants in your bag, shipping destination, and the billing, delivery, contact and order information you provide at checkout. Payment details are handled through the payment services presented at checkout; do not send card details through our enquiry forms.

Provide only information relevant to your request. Do not include government identification numbers, card details or unrelated medical records in messages. The coaching application asks for consent before you submit your health and lifestyle answers.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange tours, review member requests, coordinate coaching with your selected coach, process merchandise orders and support delivery or product issues. We also use necessary technical information to operate the website, maintain a shopping session, prevent spam and fraud, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements.

A coaching application starts a conversation; it does not confirm a session or create a healthcare relationship. A member request is reviewed by staff and does not itself cancel a membership or change billing.

Who Receives Your Information

Website enquiries and applications are sent to the CenCal team’s mailbox at cencalbarbell559@gmail.com through the club’s website form and email services. Coaching applications may be shared with the requested coach to discuss your goals and availability. Independent coaches may maintain their own privacy and service terms when you work with them.

Service providers receive the information needed to perform their roles: SiteGround and website support providers for hosting and maintenance; email and form providers for delivery and administration; WooCommerce and payment providers for orders and checkout; Printify, print providers and carriers for production and shipping; and Gymflow for membership services you access through its links. Optional analytics are described below.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, to professional advisers where needed, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. These disclosures remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Technical Information & Necessary Storage

Hosting and security services may record IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages, browser/device information and errors. The website uses cookies or similar storage for functions such as a persistent shopping bag, request security, fraud prevention and remembering your privacy preference. Request handlers also keep limited receipt and anti-spam metadata, including hashed identifiers. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent shopping or forms from working correctly.

Applications are not sent until you submit them. Submitted information can remain in the club’s mailbox, website form records and relevant service-provider systems; closing the page does not delete an application already sent.

Optional Analytics & Browser Choices

Optional Google Analytics is enabled only after you choose to allow it. Analytics measure page visits and actions such as membership links, successful form acceptance, product and bag interactions, and checkout. A completed-order event can include an order reference, product identifiers, quantities and totals.

Our optional analytics do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses or full URL query strings to Google Analytics. We may use the referring website’s origin and limited campaign source, medium and name labels to understand how people find the site. Google may process technical data when its analytics service is enabled. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled for these analytics.

Use Analytics Choices here or in the footer to allow analytics or choose Essential Only. These analytics respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping optional analytics disabled. Necessary shopping and security storage remains available.

A map provider may receive technical information when you activate the embedded map. Following links to Instagram, Facebook, Gymflow or other services takes you to services with their own privacy practices and cookie choices. Their collection is governed by their notices; changing a choice here does not change a preference you set directly with another service.

Retention & Security

Information is retained as needed to handle your request, provide services, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Retention can differ between enquiries, coaching applications, membership records and merchandise orders. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of information associated with you.

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure website connections and access controls, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Requests & Choices

You can contact the team to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, ask who has received it, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity without asking for unnecessary information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights relating to the sale or sharing of personal information, limits on certain uses of sensitive information, and freedom from discrimination for exercising privacy rights. You may have an authorised agent submit a request where the law permits. Contact us with your request; you do not need to create a website account. The website does not use coaching or member-support answers for advertising, and does not send those answers to Google Analytics.

If you receive promotional email from the club, you can use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us. Administrative replies and messages needed to handle an active request or transaction may still be sent.

Age & Youth Services

General gym memberships, visitor passes and the website coaching application are for adults aged 18 and over. Any youth performance service is arranged separately with the appropriate coach and a parent or guardian. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through its forms. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted so we can review and address it.

Updates to This Policy

We will post updates here and revise the date above. For a material change to how personal information is used or shared, we will provide additional notice or request consent where required by applicable law. This website notice does not replace a separate privacy notice supplied by a coach, Gymflow or another service.
